Job summary

Monta is seeking a Financial Support Specialist to join our Copenhagen office and help scale our SaaS and EV charging platform. You will engage customers, partners, and VIPs through email and ticketing tools, while collaborating with teams to resolve complex queries and expand our knowledge base.

You’ll work with AI-powered tools to ship faster, improve decisions, and deliver an exceptional user experience. English proficiency is essential, and Denmark residency is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Located in Denmark and able to work from Copenhagen office.
• Experience in customer-facing environments and communicating effectively with customers.
• Comfort with numbers and understanding financial setups.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, partners, operators and VIP customers mainly via email, messaging, and ticketing system, with calls when needed.
• Listen to customer needs and concerns, provide professional support, and keep customers as the top priority.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve queries.
• Expand the financial knowledge base and build a solid foundation for the future.
• Prioritize tickets and ensure high-priority items are handled promptly.
