Monta is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Business Operations team, owning delivery of operator tooling and hub components. You’ll work hands-on from design to production, shaping how European operators run charging businesses on Monta.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted work and crossing borders with teams in Berlin and Copenhagen. You’ll own medium-sized projects, embrace AI tools, and push for impactful outcomes in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• Few years of professional engineering experience.
• Ability to own features end-to-end in a production system.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and willingness to learn more.
• Bonus for Kotlin, PHP, TypeScript and MySQL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes in a high-trust environment, building core parts of the Hub and back-office.
