Job summary

Teton is building the autonomous operating system for care. The Finance Systems Engineer will own the systems, data infrastructure, and internal tooling powering the finance function, ensuring accurate data, reliable systems, and scalable processes.

You will build integrations between accounting, ERP, CRM, and internal product systems, develop BI data tools, and implement controls that maintain data integrity across the finance stack.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance systems, data engineering, or similar technical role.
• Degree in Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in integrations, automation, APIs, and data workflows.
• Familiarity with accounting platforms, ERP systems, CRM systems, and financial data integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance data and systems infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain and improve integrations between accounting, ERP, CRM, and internal product systems.
• Identify gaps and implement scalable solutions to support growth.
• Build and maintain automated workflows reducing manual work across finance and business ops.
• Develop internal tools and checks to identify missing data and ensure data integrity.
• Partner with the finance team to improve day-to-day workflows and access to critical information.
