Job summary

Ascendis Pharma is seeking a passionate Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance Operations team. Based at our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, you will combine hands-on financial control with process improvement and digital development across global entities.

You will own reconciliations, participate in month-end closing, ensure IFRS compliance, and drive automation of finance processes while collaborating with IT and business partners. English communications required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Approximately 2–6 years of experience within finance operations, accounting, auditing or controlling.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Participate in month‑end closing, SOX controls and IFRS accounting activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate finance processes.
