We are seeking a passionate IT Business Analyst to join our team. As a member of the Product Supply IT product team, you will play a crucial role in developing and operating systems that support Production Planning, Logistics, and Inventory at Ascendis Pharma. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
• Ensure that solutions meet GxP relevant standards and requirements, including keeping documentation in a compliant state.
• Ensure active participation in daily operations with the team.
• Collect and qualify business requirements while challenging stakeholders to mitigate risk, minimize exceptions, and ensure simplicity, maturity and robustness—keeping customisations to a minimum and suggesting best practice.
• Drive one or more tracks in development projects depending on your skill set and capabilities.

Qualifications and skills:

You have a degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management or something completely different. Most importantly you can analyse and visualise business needs as configuration, architecture, data flows and integrations, and bring these to life in application implementation projects.

Furthermore, you have:

• In‑depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain processes.
• At least 3 years of experience with D365, preferably within a Pharmaceutical company.
• Experience with integrations and system testing.
• Experience working in an agile setting.
• Experience working in a product team.
