  • Participate in system optimization and implementation projects and cross-team initiatives, including the Impero month-end close tool.
  • Use systems, data and technology to improve quality, efficiency and user experience, build scalable workflows and support adoption of new digital tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • A genuine interest in digitalization, automation and continuous improvement.

Key competencies:
You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.

To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be collaborative, curious, proactive, self-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Travel: Limited travel.
