Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, tax, VAT, compliance and statutory annual accounts for the Danish entity.

Help shape the next phase of finance in Denmark
Bühler Denmark is seeking a technically strong, self‑driven Finance Manager to take ownership of the local finance function. This is a key role for someone who enjoys the accounting craft and wants broad responsibility for a Danish legal entity within a global industrial technology group. You will report directly to the CFO as their right hand and clear no. 2 in Denmark, working closely with the CFO, CEO and senior stakeholders, while collaborating with Bühler's international finance organisation. The role carries responsibility for a structured, business‑oriented and high‑performing finance function, including all accounting, statutory reporting, tax and compliance matters. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that finance operations, reporting and compliance for Bühler Denmark A/S are accurate, timely and well controlled. You will combine hands‑on accounting work with process ownership, stakeholder management and continuous improvement. This is a role for a finance professional who values technical accounting quality, understands the importance of strong controls and documentation, and is comfortable taking end‑to‑end ownership of a legal entity. Your responsibilities will cover accounting, tax, VAT, compliance, statutory annual accounts, local audits, tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, group audit requirements, monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will also support Net Working Capital management, cash flow forecasting, intercompany processes and the collaboration with a Global Business Services setup handling transactional finance processes. The role includes direct leadership responsibility for one employee, while the broader leadership task extends across finance processes, stakeholders and collaboration in the international matrix.

Finance professional with strong accounting, tax and legal entity ownership

You hold a relevant finance, accounting or auditing degree (e.g., cand.merc.aud., HD‑R) and bring at least five years of experience within accounting and tax in an international company. You may currently work as Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, Head of Accounting or in a broader finance role with responsibility for legal entity reporting, compliance, controls and operational finance processes. Experience from Big 4, SAP/S/4HANA, OneStream, shared services, IFRS, transfer pricing, Net Working Capital, cash flow, budgeting or project‑based finance is an advantage.
Personally, you are driven, structured, proactive and hands‑on. You communicate clearly with people at all levels, adapt your style to the situation and are able to build bridges across functions, regions and cultures. You combine operational strength with strategic foresight and bring the maturity, leadership and social competence required to become a trusted sparring partner to the CFO.
