Danske Bank seeks a Finance Business Partner for the Markets IT Development area to translate financial insight into decisions that shape how Tribes operate and invest. You will work with senior management across Markets IT Development, Payments, and Asset Management in a collaborative, flexible environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, monthly/annual planning, and strong collaboration with IT development teams within a Nordic banking setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant master's-level degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, performance management, or business partnering is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through clear communication.
• Interest in data analytics and digitisation; strong Excel skills are an advantage.
• Comfortable navigating a large, complex organisation with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner for the Markets IT Development area, covering three Tribes.
• Represent the CFO Area in the area's management team meetings.
• Coordinate monthly and annual financial planning and analysis processes.
• Assess financial implications of prioritisation decisions and track expected benefits.
• Support a more data-driven approach to decision-making across the area.
