Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Service Engineer to install, repair and support Bruker Optics systems across Denmark. You will train customers, ensure fault-free operation, and coordinate with the service team to maintain high customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on experience with analytical instruments, a driving licence, and willingness to travel up to 70% of time. Strong FT-IR/NIR-Raman knowledge is a plus, and you will work independently in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary level qualification in electrical or electronic engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience diagnosing and repairing analytical instruments.
• Strong technical skills with analytical instrumentation.
• Excellent customer focus and communication with clients.
• English B2 level; strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel ~70%.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Install FT-IR / FT-NIR / Raman systems at customer facilities.
• Repair and maintenance at customer site.
• Familiarize and train customers for operation of the equipment.
• Secure customer acceptance of installation and repair sign-off.
• Serve as a communication link between the customer and company.
• Periodic servicing of the product at customer’s location under contract.
• Networking of instruments and implementation into lab information systems.
• Maintain records of field trips, products sold, and services offered.
