Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with strong field service experience, a valid driving license, and excellent communication in English and a Scandinavian language. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or electronic engineering, chemistry, or biochemistry.
• Solid technical or scientific background in industry or academia is a plus.
• Proven field service experience.
• Current driving license.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• No visa restriction preventing travel in USA or EMEA.
• Good at building relationships and communicating in English and a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Familiarization with instrumentation pre-installation from documentation or factory testing.
• Liaise with customers/colleagues in site planning prior to installation.
• Inspect, install, test and calibrate systems, and provide basic operator training.
• Carry out breakdown and maintenance at customer sites.
• Provide technical and application support, including remote diagnosis.
• Validate systems to certifiable standards.
• Contribute technical input to sales in non-routine cases.
• Frequent Nordic travel; international travel within Europe as needed.
• Cover all products manufactured or represented by Bruker.
