Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Sales Associate to maximize utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System across the region. You will lead the clinical sales plan, become a surgical robotics expert, and support events to raise system awareness and procedure adoption.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in medical device sales or training, excellent communication, and up to 70% travel. English fluency is required; Danish proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years in medical device sales or support/training.
• Proven sales track record and strong communication.
• Fluent in English; local Danish proficiency preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 70% in region.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical sales plan to drive system utilization.
• Become da Vinci Surgery expert across region.
• Support regional events to raise system awareness.
• Develop surgical team plans to ensure independent system use.
• Drive case selection and consistent da Vinci usage.
• Expand user base with hospital staff and KOLs.
• Lead training sessions on system operations and OR integration.
• Provide case support and guidance to surgical teams.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting.
• Act as Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after training.
