Job summary

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Genesis I&A Consultant to implement and sustain best-practice solutions across hospital settings. You will train staff, standardize reprocessing, and collaborate with teams to optimize da Vinci and Ion programs.

The role requires traveling up to 70%, fluency in English plus local languages, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree preferred or equivalent biomedical training.
• 5+ years of documented professional experience in healthcare/hospital management.
• Detailed knowledge of regulations, standards, and guidance in reprocessing of reusable medical devices (ISO, MDR etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Intuitive technology, I&A reprocessing and troubleshooting.
• Lead onsite and remote customer engagements, training and education initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders and internal teams to implement recommendations.
• Track progress and report outcomes to drive program optimization.
