Job summary

NOV is seeking a Documentation Supervisor for the Kalundborg factory. You will lead a team of about six Documentation Assistants, provide hands-on leadership, ensure reliable documentation delivery, and support MDB preparation.

You will partner with the Head of Document Control to advance digitalization and automation, guiding the team through change. Ideal candidates bring strong production documentation experience, Danish and English proficiency, and a four-year degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership experience.
• Experience in a factory/manufacturing environment.
• Professional communication in Danish and English.
• Ability to lead change and maintain engagement.
• Knowledge of production documentation workflows and deadlines.
• Strong technical and process understanding for documentation operations.
• Good digital literacy and commitment to quality and safety.
• 5+ years of production documentation experience
• Four-year degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Documentation Assistants at Kalundborg factory.
• Plan workload to meet production documentation deadlines and quality requirements.
• Oversee preparation, printing, handling and archiving of production docs and MDBs.
• Review work and troubleshoot, coordinating with factory stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and address bottlenecks to improve consistency.
• Coach team members and communicate through priority changes.
• Partner with Head of Document Control on digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and project stakeholders
