Job summary

Bestseller is seeking a Fabric Lead in Aarhus, Denmark to strengthen how we work with fabrics across the organisation. You will develop fabric standards, work with brands, mills, and suppliers to create better sourcing and development outcomes, and bring insights into commercial decisions.

You will collaborate with our global teams and navigate an international network to align fabric strategies, with travel and strong leadership across projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive fabric sourcing experience across brands, mills and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of fabric development, cost drivers and supplier collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop BESTSELLER's overall approach to fabrics, standards, principles and strategies.
• Drive fabric-related opportunities to improve competitiveness, cost transparency, product innovation and supplier partnerships.
• Build strategic relationships with brands, mills and suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Bring specialist fabric expertise into key sourcing projects through cross-functional collaboration and commercial negotiations.
