Job summary

FashionUnited seeks a Denim Product & Production Specialist to bridge product development and factory production, collaborating with suppliers to ensure denim products meet our high standards.

You will optimize fabrics, construction, fits and washes, solve technical challenges on the factory floor, drive continuous improvements across the supply chain, and provide technical support to HQ teams; extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on denim development and production experience.
• Extensive knowledge of denim fabrics, garment construction, fits, wash development, and manufacturing processes.
• Direct experience with garment manufacturers and production teams; able to make technical decisions on the factory floor.
• Strong supplier relationships and drive for quality improvements.
• Experience in Product Development, Production or Sourcing within a fashion brand is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively; international environment.
• Fluent English.

We are looking for a highly experienced denim specialist with deep technical knowledge and hands‑on production expertise to help drive product excellence across our global supplier base.

YOUR ROLE

As our Denim Product & Production Specialist, you will work at the intersection of product development and production, partnering closely with suppliers and factory teams to ensure that every denim product meets our standards. You will play an important role in solving technical challenges, improving production processes, while helping turn great product ideas into high‑quality commercial products. Your key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with factories to optimize product quality, garment construction, fits, fabrics
• Solving technical and production challenges directly on the factory floor
• Supporting supplier development and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain
• Ensuring products meet our standards for quality, workmanship, and consistency
• Providing technical support and expertise to our HQ teams

YOUR PROFILE

• You have 10+ years of hands‑on experience with denim product development and production
• You possess extensive technical knowledge of denim fabrics, garment construction, fits, wash development, and manufacturing processes
• You have worked directly with garment manufacturers and production teams and are confident in making technical decisions on the factory floor
• You build strong relationships with suppliers and challenge them to continuously improve quality and performance
• You have experience in Product Development, Production or Sourcing within a fashion brand is an advantage
• You thrive in an international environment and are willing to travel extensively
• You communicate fluently in English

LOCATION

Depending on where you are based, you can either work from our headquarters in Brande, Denmark, or from one of our other BESTSELLER locations. This is a highly international position with extensive travel activity. You should expect more than 100 travel days per year and regular visits to suppliers and production facilities.
