Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate have extensive experience as a Executive Assistant to senior leaders within large, multinational organisations—ideally supporting more than one leader. They come with proven experience with independently managing time, prioritise conflicting demands, and navigate shifting priorities with flexibility, structure, and a sharp attention to detail. Moreover, they have: Outstanding calendar and time management skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. A natural relationship builder—approachable, empathetic, and able to collaborate across functions and cultures at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills, good judgement and bias for action, especially in fast-paced or ambiguous situations. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence and the humility to listen. Comfortable in dynamic, global environments; thrives in matrixed structures and cross-functional teams. Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable learning new digital tools. A growth mindset with a genuine interest in personal development and contributing beyond the traditional EA role, and a passion for enabling leaders and teams to succeed.
