Build strong partnerships across Operational Technology and research teams

If you've worked in a role where you've taken automation projects from initial idea through feasibility, testing and implementation, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to balance innovative thinking with practical delivery and turn emerging technologies into workable solutions. You'll enjoy building relationships across functions, working with a wide range of stakeholders and translating technical ideas into clear, practical conversations. We value people who listen well, communicate with confidence and can create alignment across multicultural teams while moving innovation forward.
