You’ll build the capability needed to turn the strategy into lasting impact. Please note: Relocation support is available for this role.
If you've worked in a role where you built or transformed an Early Careers capability, you'll feel at home here. Translating workforce needs into a coherent strategy and operating model will be key.
The newly formed Early Careers function sits within Talent, Culture & Organisation (TC&O), with the ambition to build sustainable future-talent pipelines and create meaningful experiences for emerging talent. You’ll master building while delivering in a complex global organisation where programmes, education systems and business needs differ by country. Over the next 12 months, you’ll establish the foundations for scale and connect Early Careers more closely to future talent and skills needs. You’ll build strong collaboration across the organisation, including with Talent Acquisition, Strategic Workforce Planning, People Partners, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employer Brand and business leaders, as well as key external partners.
