Job summary

Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport is seeking a Production Team Member in Kastrup to support the successful delivery of meetings and events. The role includes setting up and maintaining spaces, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and assisting with technical tasks as part of a collaborative team.

You will join a dynamic team, work varied shifts including nights and weekends, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience at a flagship Nordic hotel within the Strawberry group.

Qualifications

• Experience in production and large events furnishing.
• Knowledge of drawing systems and big events setup techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up furniture, equipment, and basic AV for events per BEOs and diagrams.
• Keep event spaces clean and safe, reset rooms post-event.
• Assist guests with on-the-spot setup requests and maintain service attitude.
• Follow safety policies and hotel standards; handle equipment with care.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisor and onboarding new colleagues.
• Work night/weekend shifts as required by event schedules.

Production Team Member, Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport Make every stay a masterpiece

We’re looking for a Production Team Member who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

As a member of the Production Team, you play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of meetings and events at the hotel. Your main responsibilities include setting up and maintaining event spaces according to plans, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and assisting with technical and logistical tasks. By following clear instructions and working closely with your team, you help create an outstanding experience for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Event Setup & Room Preparation: Set up furniture, equipment, and basic AV (projectors, screens, sound) for events per banquet event orders (BEO’s) and Social Tables diagrams. Ensure meeting rooms and public event/ conference areas are clean and ready.
• Operational Support: Keep event spaces and BOH (back of house) areas clean and organized. Clear/reset rooms post-event, report damages/missing items, and keep emergency routes clear.
• Guest Support & Service: Assist guests with on-the-spot setup requests and maintain a positive, service-minded attitude at all times.
• Health, Safety & Hotel Standards: Follow safety policies, fire procedures, and uniform guidelines while taking care of hotel equipment.
• Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with the Production Supervisor and team, assist with on-boarding new colleagues, and actively participate in team meetings.
• Additional Duties: Work night/weekend shifts as required by event schedules and perform extra tasks as assigned.

T his is a full time position to start as soon as possible . The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
