Job summary

IMI plc is seeking a Hydronic College Training Manager to strengthen knowledge in the Nordic region. The role is based in Europe with frequent travel to locations where IMI Climate Control operates. Remote work is possible, with travel expenses covered.

You will join the Hydronic College trainers to develop webinars, maintain content on IMI Learn and YouTube, and create technical tools to support training activities for the global sales organisation.

Qualifications

Structured and organized with strong pedagogic sensibility and desire to share knowledge.
3–5 years of practical HVAC experience.
Ability to translate complex technical topics into teaching content for customers and colleagues.
Background in control systems and BMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Join Hydronic College trainers to maintain and extend hydronic expertise across the global sales organisation.
Develop and deliver internal and external webinars/seminars in coordination with sales to support Climate Control objectives.
Maintain content on IMI Learn and YouTube for training purposes.
Build tools, spreadsheets, graphs and simulators to support training activities.
