Job summary

IMI plc seeks a Hydronic College Training Manager to strengthen knowledge across the Nordic region. The role supports remote work and may be based in Denmark or other Scandinavian countries, with frequent international travel and covered expenses.

The role focuses on developing hydronic pedagogy, coordinating with sales, and delivering webinars and training content across IMI Learn and YouTube. Strong English and engineering background required, Scandinavian language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Structured and organized with high pedagogic sensibility.
• Engineering background with strong hydronic system knowledge and HVAC experience (3–5 years).
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into teaching content for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Join Hydronic College trainers to maintain and extend hydronic pedagogy and train the global sales organisation.
• Develop and deliver internal and external webinars/seminars in coordination with sales to support Climate Control objectives and new product introductions.
• Maintain and expand content on IMI Learn and YouTube for training purposes and create technical tools to aid training.
