Job summary

Flatpay is seeking a curious and structured ESG Data Coordinator to help build the foundations of our sustainability reporting across Europe and the US. You will coordinate data collection, ensure reliable information, and support compliance with CSRD and related regulations.

This hands-on role offers international exposure, room to grow, and the chance to shape Flatpay's ESG function from the ground up as the team scales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG reporting across markets, including CSRD-related work where applicable.
• Build a reliable data foundation by reviewing reports, product documentation, and supplier data sheets.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and external compliance partners to clarify reporting processes.
• Track developments in CSRD, PPWR, and producer responsibility schemes for Flatpay.
• Coordinate producer responsibility reporting with Dansk Producentansvar (DPA) and partners.
• Support sustainability initiatives, including reverse logistics and lifecycle management of products.
• Help establish the ESG function and become an internal point of contact for sustainability reporting and compliance questions.
