Job summary

Mind Energy A/S in Aarhus is seeking a Finance Process & ERP Specialist to own ERP and Finance systems. You will lead automation initiatives and translate operational needs into scalable processes, collaborating with Finance, Tech and stakeholders.

Based in Aarhus with the flexibility to work from home when feasible, you should have 5+ years of experience in finance processes and ERP systems, and a strong AX or similar ERP background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with finance processes, ERP systems, finance transformation and process optimisation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP across finance, with responsibility for finance system ownership and ERP superuser duties.
• Drive process optimisation, automation, AI and digitalisation across Finance Operations.
• Provide specialist and hands-on support across GL, AP and AR, identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Translate finance requirements into scalable ERP solutions in collaboration with Finance, Tech and stakeholders.
• Contribute to ERP development and future upgrade initiatives, ensuring finance needs are reflected in the system landscape.
• Ensure reliable system integrations by monitoring data quality and transaction integrity and coordinating issue resolution.
