Job summary

Mind Energy is seeking a Finance Process & ERP Specialist to shape the future of Finance Operations. You will own ERP systems, drive automation and process improvements, and partner with Finance, Tech and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

You will manage ERP prerequisites, oversee integrations, and contribute to future upgrade initiatives while ensuring data integrity and efficient month-end close. This role is based in Aarhus with flexible remote work when feasible.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with finance processes, ERP systems, finance transformation and process optimisation initiatives.
Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and close.
Experience with ERP systems and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
Experience driving automation, AI or digitalisation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Drive process optimisation, automation and digitalisation initiatives across Finance Operations.
Provide specialist and hands-on support across accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, close) and identify improvements.
Own Finance requirements for Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 as Finance System Owner and ERP Superuser.
Translate finance/ERP requirements into scalable solutions with Finance, Tech and business stakeholders.
Contribute to ERP development and future upgrade initiatives reflecting Finance needs.
Ensure reliable system integrations by monitoring data quality and coordinating issue resolution.
