Job summary

Xpower is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to lead Danish ERP projects from discovery through go-live and post-go-live support. You will be the key Danish contact, coordinating across customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver XDMS-based solutions.

This role requires Danish and English fluency, strong process and ERP transformation skills, and willingness to travel within Denmark and across Europe.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP implementation experience across full lifecycle.
• Experience with at least one complete ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of core business areas (finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, etc.).
• Ability to map processes, translate requirements into ERP configurations, and lead workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP and dealer management implementations.
• Conduct discovery, process-mapping and fit-gap workshops.
• Analyze existing processes and translate into scalable ERP solutions.
• Configure XDMS to meet operational requirements.
• Coordinate integrations, data migration, testing and cut-over.
• Train key users and support go-lives post-implementation.
• Manage stakeholders including customers and partners.
• Advise on process standardisation and best practices.
• Identify local business and market requirements for the product teams.
