Job summary

Turnpikes ApS in Denmark is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to grow our enterprise business across Denmark and the Nordics. You will engage with C-level stakeholders on complex IT consulting and digital transformation projects, shaping solutions with our delivery teams and driving negotiations.

This is a hunter-led role with a transparent commission plan and ownership mindset, offering strategic influence and a fast-growing, global environment.

Qualifications

• Has several years of successful experience in enterprise consulting sales or business development.
• Has a proven track record of selling complex IT consulting, system integration, or digital transformation projects.
• Thrives navigating long end-end enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Has a strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation-oriented mindset.
• Is a "hunter" with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is also motivated by building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Speaks and writes fluent Danish and masters English at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and hunt: Create new enterprise customers, build strategic relationships, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Engage and advise: Proactively engage with C-level executives and business stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Shape solutions: Coordinate closely with solution architects and consultants during presales, as well as draft strong commercial proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Lead the process: Drive qualification and account strategy from start to finish, including leading commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Grow and optimize: Drive growth in existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling, and maintain strict CRM and forecasting discipline.

On behalf of Turnpikes, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional. In this role, you will play a key part in growing Turnpikes' enterprise business across Denmark and the Nordics. You will work with complex projects and some of the market's largest C25 companies.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and winning complex consulting engagements across Denmark and the Nordics. You will build a sustainable pipeline of strategic customers and act as the link between customer needs and our technical teams.
