Job summary

Excelerate360 seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role near London, within commuting distance. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on data trust and secure AI deployments, from discovery through PoC and deployment.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Partners, demonstrate platform capabilities, and translate complex tech into business value for executive audiences, travel UK/EU as needed.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or Technical Pre-Sales within enterprise software.
• Strong expertise in graph database technologies, including hands-on experience with Neo4j and the Cypher query language.
• Demonstrated understanding of IaC principles and the core Terraform workflow (init, plan, apply).
• Comfortable implementing and maintaining data flows between systems using REST APIs and Apache Kafka / Confluent for data movement.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, React, and Go.
• Experience in IAM, OAuth 2.0 and AuthZEN, cybersecurity, cloud technologies or enterprise software.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A consultative, customer-first approach with the ability to influence technical and business decision-makers.
• A genuine passion for solving complex technical challenges and helping customers unlock the value of AI securely.
• Ability to travel largely within the UK and EU, with occasional global travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive strategic customer opportunities.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations, workshops, solution presentations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Act as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Support customers during deployment and ensure successful platform adoption.
• Build lasting, strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners and system integrators.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
