Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive enterprise AI adoption, working with Forward Deployed Engineers and GTM partners. You will synthesize customer problems, define high-impact use cases, structure deals, and ensure successful delivery across strategic accounts.

Role requires deep technical acumen, strong communication, and ability to operate across industries. Remote-first within Denmark with travel to customer sites and Danish/English fluency expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise customers or in technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable with deal conversations and pricing structures.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to work across industries and environments.
• Technical familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to commercial terms and closure.
• Embed inside strategic customers and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with close customer engagement and collaborate with engineers to implement them.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our AI products and achieve adoption.
• Explore applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to varied audiences, including executives.
• Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights into the platform and roadmap.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of AI technology to customers.
• Collaborate with customers' engineering and executive teams to productionise agents.
