Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to protect our AI dating platform and users as we scale. You will own application security, risk & compliance, and security awareness, including monitoring AI-specific threats and coordinating audits.

Reporting to the Security Lead, you will ship code, run security reviews, and drive threat mitigation while maintaining weekend coverage and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in application security and vulnerability management.
• Experience coordinating or conducting penetration tests / security audits.
• Comfortable shipping code and working with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Scripting/automation skills.
• Bonus: familiarity with AI/LLM security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly code reviews to catch vulnerabilities before they ship.
• Track, prioritize, and drive remediation of security vulnerabilities across the stack.
• Coordinate external security audits and penetration tests, and follow through on findings.
• Maintain and evolve the risk register, mapping all company services and prioritizing exposures.
• Support audit follow-up and keep GRC documentation up to date.
• Communicate new threats to the team and broadcast security updates company-wide.
• Run phishing simulations and security training (via Riot).
• Own the monitoring of security channels and alerts, including weekend coverage.
• Set up and secure new employee devices (MDM), and manage access provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Monitor emerging AI security threats and track incidents disclosed by third-party AI providers.
