Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience targeting enterprise and midmarket accounts across EMEA.
• Experience in early-stage startups and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience selling through Distribution and Marketplace partners.
• Familiarity with AI, LLM, or cybersecurity markets.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strategic thinker with execution focus and strong communication.
• Comfort engaging with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies.
• Team player with ownership and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by acquiring new logos and developing innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
• Engage the market by evaluating trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to translate strategy into actions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, educate them on our value proposition, and guide complex buying journeys.
• Manage complex enterprise deals involving pilots, integrations, and technical depth.
• Expand market reach by identifying new customer segments and use cases for our products.
• Shape the product by providing feedback to inform direction and address evolving needs.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and scalable processes to enable predictable execution.
• Contribute to playbooks by codifying learnings and refining sales methodologies.
