Job summary

Wrist’s Group Digital seeks an AI Engineer to lead building and scaling AI across the software development lifecycle. You will prototype and implement agentic AI solutions and guide architectural decisions, collaborating with developers, architects and stakeholders.

You will join a small AI team of 3–5 people, reporting to the Head of AI & Data Excellence, and help turn opportunities into working, value‑adding solutions.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant technical experience in software development or data science.
• Experience building AI solutions with LLMs, AI agents, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of data security and governance in enterprise AI deployments.
• Experience with Python, agent orchestration, tool calling, MCP, RAG, context engineering or evaluation frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for software development and business processes with developers across Group Digital.
• Help define the AI platform, architecture and technology choices for Group Digital.
• Evaluate models, frameworks and tools against business and technical needs.
• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, secure and governed.
• Apply AI across the software development lifecycle including specification, development, testing and release.
• Act as a senior technical sparring partner for AI team and other engineers.
