Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Strategic Partnership Manager for Enterprise AI in Ballerup. You will oversee the external delivery partner landscape, ensuring governance, structure and value delivery across AI solution delivery. The role connects delivery teams, leadership, and partners to optimize engagement outcomes.

You will shape the partner ecosystem, drive governance, manage budgets and renewals, and influence senior stakeholders while aligning with Enterprise AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic partnerships, alliances, ecosystem or vendor management in a global organisation.
• Experience with major technology, AI, data or cloud providers and delivery partners.
• Establish governance, run exec reviews, define KPIs, manage actions and risks.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including spend, renewals, credits and co-investment with Procurement/Legal/Finance.
• Understanding of AI, data, cloud or digital product lifecycle and value measurement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilise cross-functional teams.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English; life sciences/regulatory experience is a plus.

• Lead external partnership management across Enterprise AI with a complete view of partners and engagements.
• Shape and optimise the partner landscape with Enterprise AI leadership.
• Build strategic partner plans and governance with exec forums and clear delivery expectations.
• Maximise partner value through co-investment, credits and innovation funding.
• Support delivery teams by matching needs to partner capabilities and sharing insights.
• Provide consolidated status, KPIs, and risk/value opportunities for engagement health.
