Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Denmark is seeking an AI Demand & Portfolio Manager to partner with Global Manufacturing & Supply and Corporate Functions. You will translate business priorities into actionable AI demand and ensure alignment with measurable value.

You will lead discovery sessions, coordinate across AI delivery teams and governance forums, and define value hypotheses with clear success metrics. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in demand management, portfolio or product management, digital or AI transformation, strategy, business partnering or management consulting in a complex global organisation
• Demonstrated ability to shape ambiguous business needs into clear, outcome-oriented initiatives and to mobilise cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience working with manufacturing and supply-chain environments and/or Corporate Functions; exposure to both is an advantage
• Practical understanding of the AI, data or digital product lifecycle, including discovery, feasibility, data readiness, responsible AI and risk considerations, delivery, adoption and value measurement
• Proven experience developing value cases, benefits-tracking approaches, KPIs and executive-level portfolio or demand reporting
• A relevant Master's degree in business, engineering, technology, data, economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English; the role is based in Denmark and operates in a global stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Build proactive engagement with leaders to identify priorities and opportunities across GMS and Corporate Functions.
• Lead discovery and intake sessions translating ambiguous business needs into concise problem statements and outcome hypotheses with clear ownership and success measures.
• Orchestrate end-to-end demand alignment by connecting related requests and routing demand to the right Enterprise AI teams.
• Convene and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive actions and surface trade-offs.
• Define value hypotheses, baselines, indicators and follow-up cadences with business owners and AI teams.
• Provide management with clear demand and value insights, including pipeline and cycle time analyses.
• Promote a problem-first, value-led approach to AI demand and encourage reuse and scalability.
