Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S invites applications for the role of AI Demand & Portfolio Manager in Denmark. You will be the primary enterprise AI demand-management partner for Global Manufacturing & Supply and Corporate Functions, bridging business priorities with AI delivery to create measurable impact.

In this role you will lead discovery, align demand, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across AI delivery, data, architecture, security, privacy, legal, risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Shape ambiguous business needs into clear, outcome-oriented initiatives.
• Mobilise cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in manufacturing and supply-chain environments and/or Corporate Functions is an advantage.
• Understanding of AI, data or digital product lifecycle, including discovery, data readiness and risk considerations.
• Proven experience developing value cases, benefits-tracking and KPIs.
• Fluent written and spoken English; based in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leaders across GMS and Corporate Functions to identify priorities and demand, maintaining a complete demand view.
• Lead discovery and intake sessions translating business needs into concise problem statements and hypotheses.
• Orchestrate demand alignment by routing demand to Enterprise AI teams and governance forums.
• Convene cross-functional stakeholders spanning AI delivery, data, security, privacy, legal, risk and compliance.
• Define value hypotheses and indicators, tracking progress and surfacing gaps.
• Provide management with clear demand and value insights including pipeline coverage and cycle time.
• Promote reuse, scalability and cross-domain AI opportunities.
