Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, ecosystem or vendor management in a complex global organisation.
• Experience managing relationships with major technology, AI, data or cloud providers across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to establish partnership governance, run quarterly or executive reviews, define KPIs and manage actions and risks.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including spend, pricing, renewals, credits and co-investment.
• Understanding of AI, data, cloud or digital product lifecycle, including architecture, security and privacy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilise cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Master's degree or equivalent; fluent English; life sciences experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead external partnership management across Enterprise AI, maintaining a complete view of strategic partners and engagements.
• Shape and optimise the partner landscape with Enterprise AI leadership, identifying gaps and consolidation opportunities.
• Build strategic partner plans and governance forums with shared objectives and KPIs.
• Mobilise co-investment, credits, innovation funding, accelerators and specialist expertise aligned with priorities.
• Broker cross-team collaboration and share partner insights to enable delivery teams.
• Provide consolidated status and decision support on engagement health, delivery KPIs, risks and value opportunities.
