Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a driven team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals and Product Engineers to deploy ElevenAgents for enterprise challenges.

You will map customer workflows, own deals end-to-end, embed with strategic customers onsite when needed, and collaborate with R&D to shape the roadmap and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Comfort with enterprise deal conversations and pricing structures.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to terms and closure.
• Embed with strategic customers and drive delivery outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases and translate them into realizable solutions.
• Guide best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and achieving production readiness.
• Collaborate with Research and engineering to feed field insights into roadmaps.
