Job summary

ElevenLabs in Denmark is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a driven team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go‑to‑Market professionals and other strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, for complex customer challenges.

You will own flagship deals end-to-end—from identifying use cases to structuring commercial terms and driving them to close—while embedding with strategic customers to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise customer experience.
• Experience in product development and delivery.
• Commercial instinct with enterprise sales exposure.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API familiarity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ownership of complex projects and outcomes.
• Adaptability across industries and use cases.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to closing.
• Embed with strategic customers and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to realize them.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and AI workflows.
• Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and future work proposals to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with research to feed field insights into the platform.
