Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist in Denmark to drive the deployment of ElevenAgents for enterprise customers. You will join a remote-first team that values rapid experimentation, ownership, and collaboration across GTM, engineering, and research.

You’ll work with strategic clients to map workflows, structure deals, and oversee end-to-end delivery—traveling onsite as needed to ensure successful outcomes and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct and comfort with enterprise deal conversations.
• Basic proficiency in Python to prototype and communicate with engineering teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for complex concepts.
• Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivery.
• Able to adapt across industries, use cases, and environments.
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise workflows to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to terms and close.
• Embed with customers as a trusted partner, driving delivery outcomes onsite.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to realize them.
• Guide best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and related AI products.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and future work proposals to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights into the roadmap.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents.
• Work daily with customer teams to ensure production deployment and measurable impact.
