Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open a new market and build a regional team. You will drive executive engagement, recruit and guide a forward-deployed engineering team, and implement voice and audio AI solutions for strategic customers.

You will identify use cases, design integrations, and mentor teams while collaborating with R&D and Product to ensure scalable success. This role offers exposure to global opportunities and high-impact deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Ability to hire, develop and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic Python proficiency and API integration understanding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving to translate complex concepts.
• Strategic and commercial awareness with GTM and revenue context.
• Experience building partner ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand audio/voice AI needs and pain points.
• Lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the region.
• Identify use cases through customer problems and collaborate with engineers to implement AI tech.
• Design bespoke integrations ensuring our tech fits customers' products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing our AI models to maximize impact.
• Present outcomes and propose future work to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to feed field insights into products.
• Create compelling demos for new and existing customers.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects with customers.
