Job summary
Partner Company in Denmark is seeking an Engineering Manager - Linux Hardware Enablement to lead a distributed team at the intersection of Linux software and next‑generation hardware. Qualifications
- Experience with Linux distributions, especially Ubuntu or Debian, and packaging knowledge.
- Proven track record leading software engineering teams, coaching and performance development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed team delivering Ubuntu integrations for IoT, PC and server hardware.
- Provide technical leadership across the Linux stack and partner with silicon partners.
- Manage partner engagements, milestones, and delivery quality.
- Coach engineers, align architecture and roadmaps with product teams.
- Promote a high‑performing engineering culture and drive continuous improvement.
- Travel internationally for team and company events up to twice yearly.
