Job summary

Trackman A/S is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our Device Platform team. You will design, develop, and optimize high-performance embedded software using modern C++ for our sports tracking solutions, with a focus on stability, real-time execution, and Linux driver development.

In our fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment, you will collaborate cross-functionally with hardware engineers, product managers, and fellow software developers to drive architectural choices and sprint goals

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in C++ developing, optimizing, and debugging resource-constrained embedded systems.
Strong familiarity with modern C++ standards, specifically C++20 coroutines for efficient asynchronous patterns.
Deep understanding of Embedded Linux, including Linux kernel configuration, device tree modifications, and driver development.

Responsibilities

Design & Develop: Architect, implement, and maintain high-performance embedded software using modern C++ for current and future products.
Optimize & Test: Ensure performance, reliability, testability, and maintainability of code running on Embedded Linux.
Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with hardware engineers, tracking developers, and product managers in a cross-functional setup.
Linux Platform Work: Contribute to Linux kernel configuration, device tree modifications, and custom driver development.
