Pleo is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Authentication and Authorisation team. You will own the IAM strategy, drive delivery and modernisation across SMB and Enterprise offerings, and guide migrations between legacy and new architectures.

• Must have proven Engineering Manager experience with people leadership impact.
• Hands-on depth in authentication/authorization and modern identity platforms.
• Architectural credibility guiding migrations and legacy constraints.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, product and risk partners.
• Bias for action and ability to lead through ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Own vision, strategy and execution roadmap for identity across SMB and Enterprise.
• Drive delivery for the Authentication & Authorization team ensuring secure, scalable systems.
• Roll out a new identity platform across Enterprise offerings.
• Define and execute migration strategy between SMB legacy and Enterprise architecture.
• Update legacy auth services while reducing risk and maintaining security and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Compliance and Core Platform teams.
• Stay close to technology and guide complex trade-offs.
• Hire, coach and grow a high-performing team.
