Job summary

Navartis Ltd in Copenhagen is seeking an Aviation Engineering Lead to guide major airport and aviation infrastructure projects. You will lead delivery, shape design and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Denmark and internationally.

You will act as a trusted advisor to airport clients and project teams, developing opportunities, leading delivery and building high-performing teams for complex programmes in live operational environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex aviation projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience as Project Leader, Design Manager, Programme Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience with airport owners, operators, designers or contractors.
• Strong understanding of airport planning, terminals, airside projects or aviation infrastructure delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Aviation Engineering Lead to join our Copenhagen office and help lead the delivery of major airport and aviation infrastructure projects. This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the future of airports, terminals, airside infrastructure and airport operations, working with clients and multidisciplinary teams in Denmark and internationally.

The Opportunity

As an Aviation Engineering Lead, you will lead and support the delivery of complex aviation programmes and projects from planning and concept development through design and implementation.

You will work closely with airport owners, operators, designers and contractors, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project outcomes in technically challenging and operationally sensitive environments.

You Could Find Yourself Working On Projects Involving

• Airport masterplanning and expansion programmes
• Passenger terminals and landside facilities
• Airfield infrastructure including runways, taxiways and aprons

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience leading complex aviation projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Proven track record as a Project Leader, Design Manager, Programme Manager or similar leadership role
• Experience working with airport owners, operators, designers or contractors
• Strong understanding of airport planning, terminal projects, airside projects or aviation infrastructure delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to build, motivate and lead diverse project teams
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Professional fluency in both Danish and English
