Job summary

DTU – Danmarks Tekniske Universitet invites applications for a two-year postdoc position at the DTU Centre for Technology Entrepreneurship. You will study how technological expertise informs top management in uncertain environments and contribute to case development, teaching materials, and new learning formats for engineering students.

You will work with DTU ENT and the Division of Business and Technology Studies, engaging with international stakeholders and contributing to high-impact research

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field or equivalent international record
• Internationally oriented research profile evidenced by PhD or publications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and academic writing skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct case studies of technology-intensive firms to study leadership in practice
• Investigate how technological expertise influences strategic decision-making
• Develop research-based teaching cases and educational materials for engineering students
• Collaborate with DTU ENT researchers and other DTU entities to translate findings into practice
