Job summary

Qualifications

• Document qualifications in sociology of organizations and management, or related fields.
• Experience with qualitative research methods, case studies, interviews, fieldwork, or practice-based approaches.
• Strong analytical and academic writing skills; ability to engage with academia and non-academic stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case studies to investigate leadership in technology-intensive firms.
• Develop research-based teaching cases, educational materials, and new learning formats for engineering students.
• Publish research findings and contribute to department activities and partnerships.
