Job summary

DTU Centre for Technology Entrepreneurship offers a two-year postdoctoral position focused on Engineering Leadership Pathways. You will study how technological expertise shapes top management in uncertain environments, using case studies of tech-intensive firms and board-level leadership dynamics.

You will contribute to teaching cases and materials, and collaborate with DTU ENT and DTU MAN researchers to advance knowledge on engineering leadership in a rapidly changing world.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field (e.g., organization studies, technology management, entrepreneurship)
• Experience with qualitative research methods, case studies, interviews, and fieldwork
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Examine how technological expertise informs top management in uncertain contexts through case studies of technology-intensive firms
• Develop research-based teaching cases, educational materials, and new learning formats for engineering students
• Publish in international journals and collaborate with DTU ENT and DTU MAN researchers
