Job summary

Sennheiser is seeking a Technical Application Engineer EMEA based in Denmark-Copenhagen to serve as the technical expert for Sennheiser and Neumann Professional Audio solutions. You will provide advanced technical support, deliver high-level product demonstrations and training, and build relationships with consultants, industry influencers, and end users.

Technical expertise in professional audio, AV and IT networking.
Experience delivering high-level product training, demonstrations and technical support.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and support customers onsite when required.

Responsibilities

Acquire and manage relationships with industry influencers, consultants and customers.
Provide technical training for employees and customers on products and audio technologies.
Design and support customized customer solutions and provide RF services including frequency coordination and spectrum analysis.
Conduct technical meetings, presentations and product demonstrations with Sales and Business Development teams.
Develop relationships with key consultants and decision-makers to strengthen Sennheiser's position.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
