Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Product Application Engineer (PAE) in Electronics & Software, based at Nordborg, Denmark. You will provide on-site and remote technical support for customers and internal teams across our controller products, including embedded controllers and displays.

You will develop training material and capture market insights to inform product marketing management. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, EE, or Mechatronics, strong software and electronics development

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar, with demonstrable relevant experience in a customer-facing position.
Experience in software development and electronics development.
Experience working with a CRM and PLM system is advantageous.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for internal and external customers across Danfoss controllers, embedded controllers and displays.
Develop technical content, deliver product training, and gather market insights for PMM.
Hold technical face-to-face presentations and trainings at Danfoss facilities or customer premises.
Bridge customer questions to internal development and act as a mini-project lead in CRN projects.
