Technical Application Engineer EMEA

We are looking for a Technical Application Engineer based in the Nordics to become the technical expert for Sennheiser and Neumann Professional Audio solutions. In this customer-facing role, you will provide advanced technical support, deliver high level product demonstrations and training, develop customer-specific solutions, and build strong relationships with consultants, industry influencers, and end users.

Working closely with Sales Managers and Business Development Managers, you will help customers solve complex application challenges, support major events, deliver technical education programs, and provide valuable market feedback to drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with Industry Influencers, Consultants, and customers.
• Support customer acquisition activities and identify new opportunities.
• Gather and share market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop technical solutions to meet customer and end-user requirements.

Training & Education

• Deliver technical training for employees and customers on products and audio technologies.
• Develop training content, manuals, and multimedia materials.
• Collaborate with SoundAcademy to enhance training programs.

Technical Services & Support

• Design and support customized customer solutions.
• Provide RF services including frequency coordination, spectrum analysis, and acoustic room modeling.
• Deliver advanced troubleshooting and technical support remotely and onsite.

Sales Support

• Conduct technical meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with Sales and Business Development teams.
• Understand customer projects, opportunities, and application requirements.
• Support solution assessments and proposal development.

Strategic Account Development

• Develop relationships with key consultants and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen Sennheiser's position as the preferred application solution provider.

Administration

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities within CRM systems.

What You Bring

• Technical expertise in professional audio, AV, advanced IT and networking work experience.
• Experience delivering high level technical product and solutions training, demonstrations, and technical support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges and develop customer-focused solutions.
• Willingness to travel and support customers onsite when required (up to 50%)
