Job summary

GN Hearing in Ballerup, Denmark, is seeking an Antenna Engineer to join the Radio Systems team. You will work on demanding RF/antenna challenges in consumer electronics, shaping wireless solutions for future hearing products.

The role encompasses design, simulation, prototyping and optimization across cross-functional teams. Qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, hands-on antenna/RF experience, and proficiency with HFSS/CST; strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Have solid experience designing and evaluating antennas and RF systems.
• Understand electromagnetics, antenna theory and radio propagation.

Responsibilities

• Design antennas and RF solutions for next-generation hearing products.
• Drive antenna development from concept exploration to product release.
• Perform simulation, modelling, prototyping and optimization of antenna solutions.
• Analyze antenna and radio performance through measurements and systematic investigations.
• Establish design guidelines and best practices for future products.
• Explore new antenna concepts, technologies and methods.
• Support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of wireless performance challenges.
• Contribute to GN's long-term wireless technology roadmap.
